Prospercare streamlines the recruiting and hiring process for medical and home care facilities. I worked as the company's first Product Designer helping to advance an MVP.

My Role
I worked as the first Product Designer at Prospercare, partnering closely with the CEO, Head of Product, and engineering team. I led end-to-end design of the onboarding flow, and candidate matching process from research and concept exploration to prototypes and production-ready UI.

Highlights
I created a user experience that improved clarity and usability across web and mobile. This helped with streamlining manual workflows and driving adoption from new partners.

Our goal was to focus on clarity, reduce friction, and tie product decisions back to real-world outcomes.
Process
I worked closely with the team to map out the core user flows, identify key touch-points, and then explored UI iterations to streamline interactions and support our product goals.

After a rounds of feedback, we landed at a candidate card that blended elements of Concept 4 and Concept 5.

Brand refresh hex values
Foundations
It was necessary to introduce some primitive values to Prospercare's brand definitions for their web refresh.  This helped to create necessary visual contrast between buttons, alerts, navigation items, and text links.
Impact
We successfully updated the platform to create a centralized hub where Prospercare stakeholders could provide feedback on healthcare interviews and evaluate candidates using defined criteria.
Providers reported a 20% decrease in time spent coordinating interviewsand an improved sentiment based on a centralized hiring solution. The updated flow became the foundation for future patient-facing features, improving usability and trust across the platform.
